2.2 Contracts: Upon acceptance of the estimate, we will provide a written contract outlining the agreed-upon services, materials, costs, and any specific terms or conditions. The contract serves as a legally binding agreement between the customer and Surrey Eavestrough.
3.1 Pricing: Our pricing is based on the specific services requested and agreed upon in the contract. Any additional services or changes requested by the customer may incur additional costs.
3.2 Payment Terms: Unless otherwise stated in the contract, a deposit may be required before the commencement of work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, and electronic payments.
3.3 Late Payments: In the event of late or non-payment, we reserve the right to charge late fees or pursue legal action to collect the outstanding amount. The customer shall be responsible for any collection or legal fees incurred.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5.1 Access and Clearances: The customer is responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the property for our team to perform the requested services. This includes ensuring the removal of any obstacles, such as vehicles or debris, that may hinder the work.
5.2 Utilities: The customer must ensure that all necessary utilities, such as water and electricity, are available for our team to perform the services.
5.3 Property Damage: While we take utmost care during our work, the customer is responsible for protecting any fragile or valuable items near the work area. We are not liable for any damage caused to such items unless it results from our negligence.
- Warranty and Liability
6.1 Warranty: We provide a warranty on our gutter installation and repair services. The specific terms and duration of the warranty will be outlined in the contract. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or neglect.
